Expressing your Inner Gaga
“I’m beautiful in my way, ‘cause God makes no mistakes. I’m on the right track, baby. I was Born This Way.” - Lady Gaga

I have a confession to make. I am a Lady Gaga fan. Recently, Oprah ran an extensive interview with Lady Gaga (born Stefani Germanotta) and I was amazed by the Spirit of this 26-year old woman. Known affectionately by her fans as “Gaga”, she freely offers her wisdom to her audiences like “You have to be unique, and different, and shine in your own way”, or, “Don’t you let a soul in the world tell you that you can’t be exactly who you are”. What powerful advice to us all!
Gaga was born to parents who encouraged and, sometimes, had to tolerate her huge creative impulse. This allowed her the space to become an important contemporary icon of performance art and music. Through her wholly expressed self, she brings anti-bullying messages to young people and encourages everyone to stay connected to their authentic selves.

What if, like Gaga, we let go of our need for approval? What if we stopped letting our fears rule our lives, and ventured outside of our comfort zones? What if we expressed our true natures and lived from our Highest Self?

For me, that would be consistently living from a place of unlimited Joy…

What would authentic living look like for you?
